Fahrzeugtechnik Dessau - Protos Redesign - IFS Design Berlin (2014)

 

- Exterior Concept -

 

I was responsible for the exterior design of a renewed version of the Protos EMU

(Electric multiple unit), currently running in the Netherlands for the Valleilijn.

Originally designed by IFS in 2006 for Fahrzeugtechnik Dessau (FTD), we have been instructed to redesign the head area of the vehicle.

These concepts were presented on the Innotrans Berlin railway fair in 2014.
